Wayne Moore Joins Generation Homes as Project Manager
PALM COAST, Fla. – Generation Homes President Cora Johnston has announced that Wayne Moore has joined the coastal custom builder’s team as a project manager.

He brings over 30 years of front line and management experience to Generation Homes including 25 years in new residential construction and five years in commercial construction.

Moore joined Generation Homes from Simon Property Group/Washington Prime Group’s Orange Park Mall where he was operations director. He was responsible for capital projects including tenant build-out, and all construction activities.
He has also held management posts at Williams & Rowe, Ryland Homes North Florida Division and Toll Brothers, North Florida Division.
Responsible for new home construction in Beach Haven, Moore is a licensed building contractor, licensed community association manager and has held LEED, mold and mildew abatement and lead base paint abatement certifications.
