2023 Emerging Leaders Program
Leadership development is critical to the success of all organizations.
The NEFBA Emerging Leaders Program is designed to provide personal and professional development opportunities to rising leaders in the building and land development industries. Participants in the program gain knowledge in a wide variety of skills, including time management, communication, marketing, personal branding, financing, and budgeting. Participants also learn about the building and development industry from leaders in the field, and have opportunities to network with those same leaders.
This program is geared towards industry professionals with less than 10 years of experience in their current field. For successful completion of the program, candidates must attend at least 6 of the 7 sessions. Shout out to one of Generation Homes Project Manager’s – Gordon Stasak for graduating from NEFBA emerging leaders program. What a great accomplishment!! Gordon is pictured on the right side of the photo above. Generation Home’s Project Manager, Shane Johnston graduated from the program last year. In addition, Jonah Bratton is enrolled for 2023!
