I have been in the home building industry for 30+ years having worked for several national and private companies with positions in accounting/finance, contract administration, permitting and estimating and have been with Generation Homes for the last 8 years as the Senior Estimator.

Shane Johnston
After 20 years with Anheuser-Busch as an operations Area Manager, I pursued my passion for custom home building.  For 8 years I have been with Generation Homes as a project manager performing everything from project management to estimating.  My passion for quality of construction  and satisfied homeowners is what keeps me excited  everyday about my career.

Karen Roske

Gordon Stasak
After graduating from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction Management I joined Generation Homes, holding the position of Purchasing and Estimating for 2 years and as Project Manager for the past 5 years

Jonah Bratton
I’ve had a passion for building since I was 16 years old. I was a field supervisor, operations manager, and now Project Manager, throughout my 8 years working in the construction field.

Alexis Kokolias
My career began after I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. My love for design was cultivated through education and love of travel, and the years spent working as lead designer on numerous high-end projects. I have a relaxed and energetic approach which lends itself to a fun and collaborative design process. This consistent and approachable communication style makes the time I spend working with homeowners a distinctive experience and results in a space that truly embodies our customers’ personality and lifestyle.

Matt Tulipan
Controller: I am a graduate of UNF and FSU with over 20 years of finance and accounting experience. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, surfing, and perfecting dad jokes.

Missy Crist
I grew up in a family-owned Lumber Supply Business where I had the opportunity to learn various aspects and components of the building process. In that time, I also found my passion for reading blueprints and have worked for 30+ years with builders and new homeowners alike to supply the materials needed for their homes. As part of the Generation Homes team, I really enjoy seeing all the aspects of the building process come together, especially the finished home.
